WACO, Texas (NDSU Athletics) – North Dakota State head football coach Matt Entz was named FCS Region 4 Coach of the Year by the American Football Coaches Association on Wednesday, April 21. Region 4 includes the Missouri Valley Football Conference and Pioneer Football League.
Entz, who has a 22-2 career record in his second year as a head coach, earned his second straight AFCA regional honor by leading North Dakota State to a 6-2 record and the program’s 11th straight NCAA playoff appearance. He and Weber State’s Jay Hill in Region 5 are the only repeat winners from 2019.
“I gotta get outta here. You can tell me I can’t go out to eat, can’t go out Friday night, but you can’t tell me I can’t go outside with my friends! I gotta find myself again!” Proclaimed Chris “Tina” Waters last May at her wit’s end with the pandemic and all its restrictions.
Waters rallied with her pals Nicole “Turbo” Casino and Arra “Tornado” Riggs, and purchased a 31-foot, 2019 Winnebago RV for a cross-country, outdoor odyssey. Their travels inspired “Glamping Adventures,” a reality-based YouTube series that celebrates its trailer premiere on Sunday at Coaches Corner in Thunderbolt.
