Airport chiefs have urged council bosses to rethink proposals to change taxi zones in Aberdeen over security fears. Council staff carried out a public consultation earlier this year, with 101 of 149 responses in favour of the proposal. The round-the-clock cameras, installed by Turriff Business Association and funded by Aberdeenshire Council via grant money from the Scottish Government’s town centre pot, have gone live this week.
