Thank you, operator, and good morning, everyone. Thank you for joining us today for Piedmont s second-quarter 2021 earnings conference call. Last night, we filed our Form 10 Q and a Form 8-K that includes our earnings release and our unaudited supplemental information for the quarter ending June 30, 2021, which is available on our website at piedmontreit.com under the investor relations section. During today s call, you ll hear from senior executives at Piedmont, and they may refer to certain non-GAAP financial measures, such as FFO, core FFO, AFFO and same-store NOI.

L’antologia, che nasce da un’idea di Gianluca Morozzi, avrà per titolo “Quote rosa”. Due sono gli obiettivi di questa antologia: da una parte semplicemente quello di raccogliere validi testi di autrici italiane più o meno sconosciute, dall’altra quello di indagare attraverso lo strumento del racconto il rapporto delle donne con la politica, la società e il mondo del lavoro in tutte le sue forme. Per usare le parole di Grazia Verasani, «al momento tutto è politica, mercificazione, tagli alla cultura. In questo senso un’antologia al femminile diventa un’occasione per raccogliere materiale che esula dal territorio dei sentimenti, delle storie intime, del personale».
