ATLANTA, Ga. (WTVM) - Georgia Governor Brian Kemp is addressing Georgians to update them on the state of COVID-19 and vaccine distribution across the state.
Earlier this week, the West Central District Health reported that the Peach State would be moving into Phase 1A of vaccine distribution. Phase 1A would see the elderly and first responders become eligible for vaccination.
The expansion is reliant on the state continuing to receive adequate vaccine supplies over the next two weeks, according to the West Central District Health.
