2021 NFL Draft: Texas Tech OG Jack Anderson is the final Buffalo Bills pick
A 38-game starting right guard joins the Bills.
With the 236th pick of the 2021 NFL Draft, their final pick in the draft, the Buffalo Bills selected Texas Tech offensive lineman Jack Anderson. The 6’5” 315-lb lineman had 38 starts for the Red Raiders in his career, all at right guard. A solidly built prospect with sufficient athleticism for the position, Anderson isn’t afraid to mix it up and wrestle in the trenches with defenders.
Anderson did miss almost all of the 2019 season with a shoulder injury, but returned to action and was a first-team All-Big 12 selection at the end of 2020.
Buffalo Bills 7-round mock draft 2021: Team adds edge rusher who is moving up draft boards
Updated 7:01 AM;
Very little information gets leaked from One Bills Drive these days. General manager Brandon Beane and company run a pretty tight ship so it’s hard to figure out exactly where the team will go starting on Thursday night in the 2021 NFL Draft.
The Buffalo Bills are coming off of a 13-3 season that saw them make it all the way to the AFC Championship game. With few glaring needs, Buffalo can go in a variety of directions in this year’s draft. Although the Bills don’t leak much information, this mock draft was compiled using some of Beane’s quotes and one Sean McDermott quote since the end of Buffalo’s 2020 season.

Rare is the NFL team with quality depth across the offensive line. The Buffalo Bills certainly have to feel they re one of those few after some aggressive moves by general manager Brandon Beane following coach Sean McDermott s admission that a better running game in 2021 was as a top priority.
The Bills not only locked in right tackle Daryl Williams and right guard Jon Feliciano with contract extensions and convinced center Mitch Morse to take a pay cut, but they landed guards Forrest Lamp and Jamil Douglas and tackle Bobby Hart from the free-agent market.
All bring at least a decent amount of starting experience.
