GQEBERHA – Mount Road SAPS Detectives are seeking the community’s assistance in tracing the next of kin and in identifying a pedestrian that was hit by a motor vehicle on the N2 near John Tallent off ramp on Saturday 22 May 2021. According to police information, on the mentioned date at about 07:50 the driver of a white Chevrolet LDV was traveling towards Bluewater Bay, at the on ramp of John Tallent when an unknown man dressed in an orange overall with jeans crossed the freeway and was hit by the vehicle. The driver stopped after the accident. Police are investigating a case of culpable homicide.
