Voters can vote in person from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the Ramsdell Room at the Pelham Library, 2 South Valley Road. A ballot without contests and featuring write-ins is not unusual in Pelham, even before the COVID-19 pandemic that made collecting signatures for nomination forms last June difficult. A January 2020 special election for a vacant seat on the Select Board, for instance, yielded only write-in candidates, and the top vote-getter at the time declined the opportunity to serve.
