These Are the 50 Most Covered Songs of All Time By Angela Underwood, Stacker News On 1/17/21 at 11:00 AM EST If you agree with the old proverb that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, then cover songs serve as tributes to their original artists. Sometimes, a cover version vastly outshined its original. The carol reflects on the birth of Jesus as humanity’s redemption and couldn’t be any better fitting for today as was then. A thrill of hope, the weary world rejoices, For yonder breaks a new and glorious morn. Fall on your knees, O, hear the Angels’ voices
