Fitchburg company purchases two remaining Weetabix properties for $1.35M Jan Gottesman CLINTON The entire former Weetabix site both on the Cameron and Green street side of the Nashua River  is now under single ownership. Dmitriy Chebotarev, CEO and partner of Vosht Capital, based in California, is the registered owner of the limited liability corporation, Clinton Cameron Mass. LLC, that purchased the two remaining parcels for $1.35 million. Chebotarev said there will be several new tenants attracted to the site, bringing in new jobs. In an interview Tuesday, Chebotarev said the whole site  450,000 square feet of space in several buildings  was purchased in phases. The first was in March-April of 2020, two buildings behind Green Street; the south side of the river was finalized in November; and the northeast section was purchased in February.
