Fitchburg company purchases two remaining Weetabix properties for $1.35M Jan Gottesman CLINTON The entire former Weetabix site both on the Cameron and Green street side of the Nashua River  is now under single ownership. Dmitriy Chebotarev, CEO and partner of Vosht Capital, based in California, is the registered owner of the limited liability corporation, Clinton Cameron Mass. LLC, that purchased the two remaining parcels for $1.35 million. Chebotarev said there will be several new tenants attracted to the site, bringing in new jobs. In an interview Tuesday, Chebotarev said the whole site  450,000 square feet of space in several buildings  was purchased in phases. The first was in March-April of 2020, two buildings behind Green Street; the south side of the river was finalized in November; and the northeast section was purchased in February. Kathleen Boynton named new principal at Nashoba Regional High School The Item After more than a year, a permanent principal has been named at Nashoba Regional High School, effective July 1. Kathleen Boynton was chosen from three finalists. The announcement came from Nashoba Regional School District Superintendent Brooke Clenchy. Boynton has worked in secondary education for over 25 years. She currently serves as the principal at Reading Memorial High School where she has led initiatives to improve school culture and foster social and emotional learning. In the past year during the COVID-19 pandemic, Boynton oversaw the transition to a hybrid learning model.
