Jasmine De Moya, left, and Kennedy Johnson volunteered at a New Jewish Home senior living facility in New York as part of a program where they also receive training for health jobs, college prep and career coaching. Both students are heading to college in the fall ― De Moya will train to become a nurse and Johnson has his sights on a degree program that will eventually lead to a law career with a focus on health care.
