She was born March 1, 1949 in Martins Ferry, a daughter of the late Charles S. and Kathleen M. (Simmons) Riell. Lis was the co-owner of Quality Motor Co. Martins Ferry, and a member of the Martins Ferry Rotary Club. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother Charles Riell. Lis is survived by her loving husband H. Jay “Butch” Miller, a sister Dee (Bobby) Higgs of Bridgeport, and a Cousin Janie Roberts. Community helps Churchill pub The White House reopen
