張國鈞支持港大決定 指涉事學生接受懲處才是真心道歉方式
港大學生會評議會日前通過議案美化刺警案兇徒的暴力行為，引發各界譴責，校方昨日宣布，不再承認港大學生會作為獨立註冊社團在校內的角色。港大校董張國鈞今日(7月14日)出席一個電台節目時表示，支持校方決定，指事件是大錯特錯，不單是學校內部的事，而是在社會引致人神共憤的錯事。
張國鈞認為，校方不是因單一事件而作出較嚴厲的決定，而是因為過去一段時間，學生會沒有理會校方或社會各方面的提醒、建議及警告，甚至是變本加厲，才導致今次的結果。
張國鈞說，撤回議案及道歉是最基本要做的事，但錯事有輕重之分，不是好像不小心撞到人一樣，道歉就一定獲得原諒，如果錯誤太嚴重，都要學習承擔後果，如果學生真心有歉意，接受應有懲處才是�
