FOLEY - Foley High School student Jackeline Hurtado is the winner for the 2021 BBQ & Blues t-shirt design. Her design will be featured on the shirts sold at the festival this year. Members of the South Baldwin Chamber Foundation and Chamber volunteers presented Hurtado with her framed artwork, a gift card, and wristbands to attend the festival.
This year’s BBQ & Blues Cook-Off is taking place on Saturday, March 13 in Foley’s Heritage Park. Gates open at 11 a.m. when attendants can begin sampling delicious food prepared by a multitude of teams.
Festival goers will enjoy award-winning barbeque, blues bands, craft and retail vendors, and children’s activities. Over 20 backyard division cook teams from across the Gulf Coast will compete for the Grand Championship title and awards.
