The shooting happened on Sunday night Share Updated: 5:51 PM CDT Jul 19, 2021 A man was found dead from a gunshot wound to the head in Jackson Sunday evening. The Hinds County coroner had identified the victim as Charles Lee Shavers, 43. Police said he was found on Clark Street Sunday night after being shot in the head. There is no suspect information available at this time.
