Highest-paying jobs that require a bachelor s degree
While college and university tuition costs may be skyrocketing, many still believe a bachelorâs degree is essential to landing a well-paying job in the United States. Stacker mined 2019 data, released in 2020, from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) and compiled a list of the highest-paying jobs that require a bachelorâs degree.
Many of the top-paying jobs are highly technical or scientific, calling for a sophisticated understanding of thermodynamics, nuclear power, or forensic chemistry. Others are engineering jobs with civil, industrial, environmental, mechanical, or biomedical specializations. Jobs for accountants, budget analysts, and financial managers need an understanding of the intricacies of finance and numbers. Computer skills feature in most of the well-paying jobs, particularly those of programmers, systems analysts, and software designers and developers.

Delaware’s oldest students are zooming to the head of the class as adult education programs continue virtual instruction during the coronavirus pandemic.
While some Delaware seniors spent much of their time during the coronavirus lockdowns binge-streaming television shows, others enjoyed another type of bingeing exercising their brains by participating in online adult education classes.
And they are lining up for more.
“We offered about 300 in-person classes before the pandemic,” says Jennifer Merrill, manager of the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at the University of Delaware’s Wilmington campus. “But now that’s grown to 317 online classes, and we had 1,400 students enroll for the spring semester in the first two days of registration.”
Which U.S. States Export the Most Energy?
These states produce more energy than they consume.
This story originally appeared on Commodity.com.
The United States has seen its energy production transformed over the last two decades. Both natural gas and renewable energy sources have grown substantially. This has led the country to export more energy than it imports for the first time in many decades.
In 2019, the United States was a net exporter of energy for the first time since 1952. With a sharp increase over the past 20 years, production has begun to catch up with consumption and exports with imports. The nation’s net imports of coal and coke, natural gas, and petroleum have all fallen below zero, leaving only crude oil as a major fuel import and even imports in that category are declining.
How to Choose a Sweat-Resistant Sunscreen

Sunscreen is essential for outdoor summer workouts, but there are few grosser feelings in life than when your sweat turns your forehead into a slip’n’slide and a layer of goopy sunscreen comes sliding down.

Fortunately, some sunscreens are more up to the task than others. Technically, none of them are “sweatproof” since anything will wear off eventually. (In the same vein, the FDA does not allow sunscreens to advertise themselves as “waterproof” or to call themselves “sunblock.”) But water-
resistant and thus sweat-resistant sunscreens do exist, and a glance at the label can help you tell the difference.
