REPORTER: IMPEACHMENT COMMITTEE CHAIR JASON NEMES DID NOT ELABORATE MUCH ON THE DECISION BUT DID POINT OUT THERE WERE SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE FIRST PETITION TO PETE TO IMPEACH GOVERNOR ANDY BESHEAR THE SECOND AND THIRD ONES. THE IMPEACHMENT COMMITTEE MET BEHIND CLOSED DOORS FRIDAY FOR NEARLY THREE HOURS. LOUISVILLE REPUBLICAN JASON NEMES SAYS THEY DISCUSSED FIVE IMPEACHMENT PETITIONS, THREE AGAINST BESHEAR, ONE AGAINST ATTORNEY GENERAL DANIEL CAMERON, AND ANOTHER AGAINST REPUBLICAN LAWMAKER ROBERT GOFORTH.
