KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 27 The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) will resume counter services at its Jalan Raja Laut, Kuala Lumpur branch on Friday (January 29).
In a statement today, it said that to ensure the safety and health of its members and staff, the EPF will continue to enforce the following SOPs at its branches nationwide.
The EPF said members’ visits can only be made via the Janji Temu Online facility through the website www.kwsp.gov.my and all of them must go through a temperature screening and check in via MySejahtera prior to entering the branch premises as well as observe physical distancing measures.

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 6 The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) has approved 2.5 million out of 3.88 million applications for i-Sinar under Category 1, involving withdrawals totalling RM19.62 billion as at January 4, 2021.
In a statement today, EPF said the first month’s payout amounting to RM10.07 billion would be made in stages beginning January 5, 2021.
“A majority of the remaining 1.4 million submissions which have yet to be approved falls under the criteria outlined under Category 2, which will open for submissions from January 11, 2021.
KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 3 The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) is temporarily closing its George Town and Shah Alam offices and counters to facilitate the disinfection and sanitation of the premises after a number of staff tested positive for Covid-19. EPF George Town will be closed for two days.
