P143 million) for 22 young officials from various Philippine government institutions who wish to pursue post-graduate studies in Japan beginning the academic year 2022. 16 government officials to study in Japan on scholarships

On May 28, Minister of Finance B.Javkhlan signed an exchange of notes and grant agreement on the JPY 248 million Project for Human Resource Development Scholarship by Japanese Grant Aid (JDS) 2021 with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Mongolia Kobayashi Hiroyuki and Chief Representative of Japan International Cooperation Agency in Mongolia Tamura Eriko.
