3rd BCT, 1st Armored Division Leadership Commander COL Jabari M. Miller COL Jabari Miller graduated from the United States Military Academy and was commissioned as an Armor officer in 1997.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science, and a master’s degree in Military Arts and Sciences from the School of Advance Military Study.  COL Miller’s past assignments include Tank Platoon Leader and Company Executive Officer in 1st Battalion, 67th Armor at Fort Hood, Texas, and Cavalry Troop Executive Officer in 4th Squadron, 7th Cavalry in South Korea. From 2001 to 2008, he was assigned to the 2d ‘DAGGER’ Brigade, 1st Infantry Division as a Brigade Plans Officer and Brigade S1. He subsequently commanded both Alpha Company and HHC, 1st Battalion, 77th Armor. Two U.S. Army soldiers stationed at Fort Bliss, Texas died in separate vehicle accidents within 48 hours of one another, Army officials confirmed on Monday. Sgt. 1st Class Dejaun K. Frazier, 43, died in a motorcycle crash on Saturday in El Paso, Texas. Spc. Kenmaj D. Graham, 21, was traveling on foot on the East Side of El Paso on Sunday morning when he was struck by an oncoming vehicle. Frazier, a native of Tallahassee, Fla., previously served in the U.S. Marine Corps and joined the U.S. Army in February 2011 as a Telecommunications Operations Chief. “The 1st Armored Division (1AD) G6 team is saddened by the tragic loss of Sergeant First Class Frazier,” said Lt.
