News Briefs: Gibsonburg school board changes meeting time Staff reports Gibsonburg school board changes meeting time GIBSONBURG - The Gibsonburg Exempted Village School Districts Board of Education will meet at 5 p.m. May 17, which is earlier than its normal time of 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be public and held in the board office at Hilfiker Elementary, 301 S. Sunset Ave. Attendees will be required to follow social distancing protocols and wear facial coverings. Lakota school board to meet May 24 KANSAS - The Lakota Local School District Board of Education will not meet May 17 as previously scheduled. The board will instead meet at 7 p.m. May 24 in the Staff Dining Room at Lakota Local Schools, 5200 County Road 13.
