A survey carried out by CGA and CPL Learning of hospitality professionals found that 46% of workers that took external courses during lockdown said it had improved their impression of their employer.
CGA also found that 56% of workers were generally satisfied with the learning development opportunities they get in their work, but this number dropped to 46% during lockdown.
