After nearly eight hours, the SWAT team broke down his door and arrested him during a brief struggle in which they were forced to use a taser.
Inside Weber s apartment, they found the bodies of two women. Officials have not identified the women and are waiting for an autopsy report to confirm how they died.

The U.S. Sun, Raymond “Zino” Weber live-streamed the aftermath of the killings on Instagram, showing both deceased women laying on the floor of a Vacaville apartment complex.
A woman first alerted 911 after she saw the suspect on the live stream with a handgun and the two women “lying motionless.” Officers were dispatched for a welfare check at 12:42 a.m. local time and discovered Weber had barricaded himself inside.
In the clip, Weber claims his brother and one of the deceased women tried to “set him up” as a lit cigarette dangles from his mouth.

According to reports, the brother of Uzzy Marcus Raymond Weber was charged with double murder after he allegedly live-streamed the corpses of two women while he was holding a gun.
Raymond Weber, also known as “Zino,” claims his brother Uzzy Marcus was trying to set him up with the murders. It was noted that the arrest of Zino came after this past Saturday morning after Vacaville Police had a stand-off with the 29-year-old.
It was noted that the cops stormed the building that Weber was barricaded in after a woman called 911 to report the live stream, which went on for 36 minutes. The livestream reported showed the two women lying lifeless. The police evacuated the building and threw flashbang stun grenades through the window before they hit Zino with a taser.
