The interlocal agreements passed by Pulaski County magistrates Tuesday may not be the final drafts of those agreements with the City of Somerset, as Mayor Alan Keck suggested at a Thursday night city budget workshop that the negotiations on those agreements were not finished.
Just before the budget for Somerset-Pulaski County EMS was discussed, Keck announced to council members that he had met with county officials on Wednesday for two hours as part of ongoing negotiations.

An eastern Pulaski man has been injured by a shotgun, and the Pulaski County Sheriffâs Office is searching for the manâs son in connection to the incident, according to PCSO Lt. Bobby Jones.
Hubert Glover of 150 Robert Phelps Road was wounded in the leg by a close-contact shotgun shot, Jones said.
He was flown out from the scene to receive medical attention. No information was available on his condition, but Jones did say that the wound looked serious.
PCSO is looking for Gloverâs son, Shawn Glover, 34, who reportedly fled the scene on foot. Jones said that Shawn Glover lives in a separate residence on Robert Phelps Road.

To many, the in-progress cloverleaf interchange at the intersection of Ky. 80 and Ky. 461 may seem like just another road project, along with all the inconveniences that sort of thing carries. To the visionaries behind it, itâs more of a four-leaf clover â something designed to bring more than luck, but success and prosperity to the entire region.
