Jessica Richards, 42, of New Portland, was driving north on Route 201 in Bingham around 1:25 a.m. when the 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee she was driving veered into the opposite lane, according to Chief Deputy Michael Mitchell of the Somerset County Sheriff’s Office.
