£2million transformation of offices into state-of-the-art facility revealed A MULTI-million-pound office refurbishment has been revealed. Office space provider Pure Offices has unveiled the new £2million look of its Lakeview building on Centre Park. The company acquired the premises in September 2019, and has undertaken an ‘extensive redevelopment’ of the 30,000sq ft space since. And the building now boasts 43 separate, serviced offices catering for business with employee numbers ranging from one to 50. Pure Offices’ ‘state-of-the-art’ site also features business lounges and meeting rooms as well as air conditioning, onsite parking, round the clock access, superfast broadband and an outdoor courtyard overlooking the business park’s lake.
