Rapid City, S.D. Rapid City Police have arrested 30-year-old Tell Cadotte on Thursday after a joint investigation substantiated claims that he was having inappropriate contact with a minor.
The investigation began on January 2, after a police report was filed, details of which are being withheld out of respect for the child victims.
On February 2, local law enforcement agents executed a search warrant at Cadotte’s residence on 6
th Avenue in Rapid City, finding a number of evidentiary items.
Cadotte has been arrested for one count of Sexual Contact with a Child Less Than 16, five counts of First Degree Rape, and 19 counts of Possession/Manufacturing/Distributing Child Pornography.

RAPID CITY, S.D- Bond has been set for a Rapid City man charged with multiple sex crimes.
After beginning an investigation in January, Rapid City police have arrested Tell Cadotte, 30, of Rapid City.
Allegations at the time were that he was having inappropriate contact with a minor.

Local law enforcement executed a search warrant at Cadotte’s residence on 6th Avenue on Feb.2nd. There they found what they say is evidence of the alleged crimes.
Cadotte was placed under arrest for one count of Sexual Contact with a Child under the age of 13, five counts of First Degree Rape, and 19 counts of Possession/Manufacturing/Distributing Child Pornography.

RAPID CITY, S.D. On Friday morning, Tell Cadotte made his first appearance in Pennington County Court.
The 30-year-old from Rapid City was arrested on Thursday after a joint investigation substantiated claims that he was having inappropriate contact with a minor.
In court, Judge Sarah Morrison set Cadotte’s bond at $250,000 cash only.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 19 at 11 a.m.
