Bootleg Fire explodes again with three massive smoke plumes

The Bootleg Fire burning northeast of Klamath Falls appeared to explode again on Wednesday afternoon, as high winds and extremely dry fuels led to the rise of three pyrocumulus clouds, according to the National Weather Service in Medford.
