Title IX Regulations Training (K-12)
The final Title IX regulations have been released. How will the new requirements affect your policies and procedures? Join Bricker & Eckler attorneys for a series of trainings to learn how to remain compliant.
Note that Level 1 registration fees are $40 and Level 2 registration fees are $100. Registrants for all six training sessions will receive a discount ($450 total).
Contact Laura Schaller at lschaller@bricker.com for training group rates (10 or more) or to edit an existing registration. Training materials will be provided to attendees to post on their websites in compliance with the new Title IX Regulation Section 106.45(b)(10)(i)(D). While this training includes instruction on the grievance and appeal processes required by the new Title IX regulations, it is not district-specific and does not include an individualized assessment of policies and procedures.
