The Tulsa Police Foundation Collects Food, Toys For Acts Of Kindness Event
Thursday, Tulsa Police Officers went grocery shopping for their annual random acts of kindness that starts next week. All of the food and toy donations are going to families in need.
“We run across a lot of families that are in need that’s just kind the nature of the beast in many, many situations, said Tulsa Detective Jason White. It didn t take long to fill several shopping carts with everything from canned veggies to marshmallows and cookies. Last year, Detective White delivered full Christmas meals to some Tulsa families.
