Rollover Crash North of Monroe
On Apr. 2, the Utah Highway Patrol responded to a rollover crash on SR-118 a few miles north of Monroe. Taylor Kim Beach, age 28, was driving a Ford Mustang northbound, when it appears he drifted off the right shoulder of the road before over-correcting back to the left.
The vehicle began to rotate across the road and off the left shoulder where the right front corner of the vehicle impacted a cement sign post causing the vehicle to vault, coming to rest on its side against a power pole.
Beach was wearing a seat-belt at the time of the crash and was transported to Sevier Valley Medical Center via ambulance. Driving under the influence is being investigated in the wreck.
