HONESDALE, Pa. A teenager is dead after an ATV crash in Wayne County.
According to troopers, a 16-year-old boy from Honesdale was driving an ATV on Darling Road in Cherry Ridge Township just before 11:30 a.m. when he didn t stop at a stop sign.
The teen was hit by an SUV.
Investigators have not released the teenager s name.
