Fourth Quarter 2020 Highlights (compared to fourth quarter 2019): On a reported basis, revenue decreased 19% to $285.2 million. On an organic constant currency basis¹, revenue decreased by 13%. Operating income for the fourth quarter decreased by $20.4 million, or 36%, to $36.9 million.
