Noida: In a piece of good news, the Noida Police as part of a special campaign has reunited 68 missing kids with their families on Sunday. As per the report, out of 68 children, 48 kids were missing from UP s Gautam Buddha Nagar district. The city police successfully traced 10 missing kids within hours and over to their parents.

Noida: Fifteen children, including eight girls, have been rescued and reunited with their families since Operation Muskaan started on June 21. Under the drive, police are trying to locate 58 children who have gone missing from Gautam Budh Nagar district in the past few months. They are also trying to send children found on roads and working at business establishments to shelter homes or to their families.
Additional commissioner of police (headquarters) Pushpanjali said they have managed to trace seven of the 58 missing kids from the district and five children from other places were found in Gautam Budh Nagar. Families of three children who were staying at shelter homes have been traced and the kids are back with their parents.

Sixteen girls among 127 children were rescued from various parts of Visakhapatnam as part of the ‘Operation Muskaan’, a drive launched by the police to protect orphaned children and also re-unite missing children with their parents. The programme also aims to eradicate child labour.
Commissioner of Police Manish Kumar Sinha, Rural Superintendent of Police B. Krishna Rao spoke to the media to reveal the details here on Wednesday.
