Expands South Carolina Footprint with Additional New Hauling Facility and Expanded Construction Site Services May 11, 2021 GREENVILLE, S.C. – Meridian Waste, an integrated, non-hazardous solid waste services company, announced today it closed on the purchase of Eco Waste Services, Inc., in the greater Greenville, S.C., marketplace.  The acquired assets from Eco Waste Services include a hauling facility located at 512 Hood Rd. in Powdersville, S.C., and commercial contracts in Anderson, Cherokee, Laurens, Greenville, Oconee, Pickens, and Spartanburg counties. In addition to waste and recycling collection, the acquisition includes new construction site service lines of business for Meridian Waste with portable restrooms, temporary fencing, portable storage, and portable offices.
