A judge will allow testimony from eight women against a Coldwater man charged with raping one of them. Calhoun County Circuit Judge Sarah Lincoln has ruled that the eight woman can testify about at least 13 other sexual attacks over 10 years by Brad Risner, 28. Risner is awaiting trial, probably later this year, on two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct in 2007 in Homer. The victim was 15 at the time and has alleged she was raped twice by Risner. The case stemmed from Sexual Assault Rape Kit investigations in Kalamazoo and investigators found other victims and it led to a snowball effect of the women coming forward to describe incredibly disturbing and incredibly similar acts, Special Assistant Attorney General Erin House told Judge Lincoln.
