BOGOTA - ProColombia announces the launch of Colombia s new brand manifesto, the most welcoming place on Earth.
The manifesto is a long-term message that will be leveraged in marketing and sales communications campaigns to inspire future leisure and business travel, foreign investment, and strengthen export promotion.
The manifesto is a result of quantitative and qualitative research of Colombians and visitors through more than 1,500 surveys and focus groups. The studies uncovered the essence of the Colombian people their warmth and kindness which were apparent and clear proof points that allowed us to design and validate the manifesto.

The head of the European Travel Commission may have summed it up best when he said recently that the pandemic spawned a revolution that has unified the travel industry to build back better.
“While it was not human-made, it was imposed upon everyone equally, rich and poor, north and south,” Eduardo Santander said. “And as hard as this has been, it will help us create a much more resilient, much more sustainable, much more forward-looking industry in the future.”
Tourism Cares Expands its Board of Directors

Tourism Cares has expanded its board of directors, and board committees, to include “more representation across travel segments.”
“Tourism Cares is dedicated to the long-term survival of the travel industry, by advancing its positive social, environmental and economic impact,” said Greg Takehara, CEO of Tourism Cares. “To achieve this, we need to collaborate to enact lasting change in the way we do business for the people and places we serve.”
The expanded Tourism Cares board of twenty-one will add to the expertise and leadership representing the breadth of the travel industry.
