Durvesh Jadhav (File photo) MUMBAI: A day after a 10-year-old boy slipped into a five foot deep pit filled with cow dung and water and lost his life, Kandivali police registered a case of negligence on Friday. Durvesh Jadhav had entered an open plot adjoining a cowshed to retrieve a kite on Thursday. None of the local residents knew that the plot had a five feet deep pit. Durvesh, an only child, lived with his parents at Charkop s Bhabrekar Nagar. Around December, his parents started to have arguments. Durvesh and his mother then moved to his grandmother s house in an SRA building at Shankar Pada off Kandivali Link Road. On Thursday, Durvesh was home with his mother when he spotted a kite sweep down into an empty plot next door. He ran out of the house and went to the plot, finding a gap in tin sheets surrounding it on all sides to enter inside.

The jeep has the logo of Mercedes Benz. Several social media users claimed that the car is Mercedes Benz G-class that costs over Rs 1.5 crores.
