CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The Cleveland man accused of stabbing a Broadview Heights police officer in the face and head after a traffic stop pleaded not guilty at his arraignment.
Michael Stout was indicted on the charges of felonious assault on a police officer, resisting arrest, carrying concealed weapons, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and obstruction of official business for the attack. CLEVELAND, Ohio Amanda Berry is working with the U.S. Marshals Service’s initiative Operation Safety Net to help find missing children in northern Ohio.
The initiative has rescued 57 children since it began in early August, said U.S. Marshal Pete Elliott of the Northern District of Ohio. The Marshals have worked with Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office, East Cleveland Police and Newburgh Heights Police.
