CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The Cleveland man accused of stabbing a Broadview Heights police officer in the face and head after a traffic stop pleaded not guilty at his arraignment.
Michael Stout was indicted on the charges of felonious assault on a police officer, resisting arrest, carrying concealed weapons, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and obstruction of official business for the attack. CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The Cuyahoga County Grand Jury indicted a Cleveland man for allegedly stabbing a Broadview Heights police officer in the face and head after a traffic stop.
Michael Stout was indicted on the charges of felonious assault on a police officer, resisting arrest, carrying concealed weapons, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and obstruction of official business for the attack.
Stout was shot by police after the stabbing.
