NEW DELHI: A leaked clubhouse chat of Trinamool Congress election strategist Prashant Kishor created a political furore as the West Bengal went for the fourth phase of assembly polls on Saturday.
Kishor said in the leaked audio that the Trinamool Congress was facing anti-incumbency and anger and that BJP had a good presence of workers in almost the entire state with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee equally popular .
He said in their internal surveys also BJP comes predominantly as the winning party in Bengal.
The Trinamool Congress reacted sharply to the release of clubhouse chat by BJP leader Amit Malviya and said it was part of the mind game by the BJP to create a wave in its favour in the assembly polls.

Setalakuchi: In Cooch Behar district of West Bengal on Saturday, four people died after being attacked by local CISF personnel who “attempted to snatch their rifles” after an attack by locals.
A senior police official said that the incident took place in Sheetalkuchi area, when polling was going on. “According to preliminary reports, four were killed as individuals
“A scuffle ensued and the locals surrounded him and attempted to snatch his rifle, after which the central forces opened fire. Further information is awaited,” he said.
Election officials said a report on the incident has been sought from district officials. A voter was shot dead by unknown persons for the first time on Saturday outside a polling station in Cooch Behar district of West Bengal.
