The draft applies to operators that design, produce, sell, maintain the service of and manage automobiles on the mainland, when they collect, analyze, store, transmit, inquire about, use and delete personal information and key data.

Commentary On April 12, Shi Wenqing, former vice chairman of the Standing Committee of Jiangxi Provincial People’s Congress (SCJPPC), was arrested on suspicion of accepting bribes, according to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) media.
