As a supporter of Animals Asia you probably know about our work with bears! However, you might be less aware of the work we do with cats and dogs and other companion animals in Asia.
But this is all about to change!
Today, we’re going to visit our paw-esome Cat and Dog Welfare teams in China and Hong Kong SAR, who work incredibly hard to improve the lives of thousands of ‘pets’, or ‘companion animals’. So let’s dive in and find out what they’ve been up to so far this year.

The Grateful Dead stopped by Orlando Arena in Orlando, Florida on this date in 1991. The April 9, 1991 concert included a 20-minute “Foolish Heart” which unfolded just before “Drums” and “Space.”
The show got off to a rollicking start with a spirited “Hell In A Bucket.” Keyboardist Bruce Hornsby then added accordion to “Cold Rain And Snow” followed by guitarist Bob Weir leading the band through Willie Dixon’s “Little Red Rooster,” which saw some nice interplay between Weir on slide, Hornsby on piano and keyboardist Vince Welnick on organ.
