Recology Makes Case for Rate Increase at Town-Hall; Meeting Drew One Comment

Recology Makes Case for Rate Increase at Town-Hall; Meeting Drew One Comment Though most Recology Del Norte customers could see their rates increase by about 5 percent in July, a town hall meeting allowing them to protest the potential change Tuesday drew a single comment.
