别看如今高粱染红了山野，此前很长一段时间，因卖不起价，当地群众栽种高粱的意愿并不强。为此，方洞镇以“最低保护价+最终收购价”的价格保障机制与郎酒集团签订了生产订单，保障农民受益。“郎酒集团免费提供种子、肥料、技术支持等，并按照6.8元/公斤的保底价格进行收购，确保农户增收，保证农民不愁销路。同时，镇上以大户带动、订单拉动、补贴撬动、培训推动等方式，带动群众栽种高粱。”方洞镇乡村振兴办负责人何忠原说。如今，方洞镇“高粱+油菜”产业园区连片高粱种植达8000余亩，惠及全镇3000余户群众，预计户均增收达2000元。
