She s watched as home prices have steadily risen the past few years as demand soared and supply dwindled, bringing record high prices in Ada County. But she wasn t prepared for the amount the buyer paid for the six-bedroom, 3,790-square-foot house on the backside of Keith Bird Legacy Park and down the street from the new Meridian Costco. $1.05 million. That s more than double what Moseley paid for her 2,200-square-foot house a year ago. And nearly double the $534,000 the sale house in the Bainbridge Park subdivision was assessed for by the Ada County Assessor s Office.

Gail Inch joins CBH Homes as Locale community manager

Gail Inch CBH Homes welcomes Gail Inch as its Locale community manager, representing its Locale master planned communities in Boise. As the Locale community manager, she will oversee marketing, sales, and events. Inch began her real estate career in commercial real estate in the Bay Area at CBRE (Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate). Following CBRE, she relocated to Boise, where she moved into residential real estate with Silvercreek Realty Group. Most recently, she worked remotely with Omada Health out of San Francisco, a digital health company.
