By Chibuike Oguh, Joshua Franklin and Joyce Lee (Reuters) - Coupang LLC, South Korea s largest e-commerce company, raised $4.6 billion in the biggest share offering in the United States this year after selling stocks in IPO above its deal target range, the company said on Thursday. Coupang said in a statement that it had priced 130 million shares sold in the IPO at $35 per share, higher than the marketing range $32-$34 per share, giving Seoul-headquartered e-commerce giant, which is backed by Japan s SoftBank Group Corp, a market value of $60 billion. Founded in 2010 by Korean-American billionaire Bom Suk Kim, Coupang rose to prominence after launching its guaranteed same-day or next-day delivery service in the East Asian country. SoftBank s $100 billion Vision Fund owns 35.1% of Coupang.

Robert Henry Parker was born and trained as a jeweller in Adelaide, South Australia. After moving to Melbourne in 1875, he established his jewellery manufacturing business at 5 Regent Street in the inner-city suburb of North Richmond.
He was very involved with the Manufacturing Jewellers Association (MJA) and registered his hallmark – a bell with the tongue showing – in 1903.
He was also on the government wages board and member of executive, being a strong advocate for fair wages, and a founding member of the Jewellers and Silversmiths Association of Australia.
ChromaDex announces Tru Niagen to be available in 3,000 Walmart stores ChromaDex has announced its first major retailer deal for its NAD+ booster Tru Niagen, with the product set to be available in 3,000 Walmart stores across the U.S. beginning in June 2021.
“We believe Tru Niagen is one of the most important new dietary supplements to emerge in many years,” says ChromaDex CEO Rob Fried.
“We are grateful to Walmart in assisting in our quest to help as many people as possible to Age Better.”
The company will introduce Tru Niagen in two packaging options for Walmart customers, with distinct serving sizes and price points. In addition to in-store availability, these two options will be available online with same-day delivery and in-store pickup options for select locations, said ChromaDex in a press release.
A Killeen man who said he did not remember robbing a Walmart in the city last year was sentenced this week to a term of deferred adjudication probation.
On Jan. 21, James Aaron Cabrera Jr., 22, entered a plea of no contest to the second-degree felony charge of robbery.
During a remote hearing on Monday in the 264th Judicial District Court, Judge Paul LePak followed a plea agreement in the case and sentenced Cabrera to four years of deferred adjudication probation. Cabrera is to have no contact with the victim or her family or to go to that store. He also has to write a letter of apology and attend more than one victim impact panel.
The association said the latest revision is also based on other factors of consideration.
“More retail businesses will be allowed to open from March 2020. Nevertheless, movement restrictions continue to affect shopping traffic throughout the country.
“Interstate travel ban is expected to be enforced for a longer period of time and it has been affecting domestic tourism spending, ” it said in a statement.
RGM said the return of foreign tourists will be slow and gradual.
“Travel bubbles with selected countries will likely begin towards the end of this year. Vaccination on the majority of the population will take a while. Thus, movement restrictions and social distancing measures will remain until the end of this year.
