NEW DELHI - The biggest international relief mission India has seen in recent years is being rolled out as the country reels from the impact of a second wave of Covid-19 that has put inordinate pressure on its health infrastructure and resulted in shortages of oxygen, medicines and other equipment. Every day, flights from different countries carrying emergency relief ranging from large oxygen-generating plants to N95 masks have been landing in Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai.
