Judicial Commissioner Amelati Parnell issued the warrant on Matjan Yusop following his absence for hearing of his appeal on Tuesday. The court set June 16 for review of the arrest warrant. Kota Kinabalu: Two men were charged with gang-raping a 17-year-old, four years ago. Mohammad Gerseyrey  Abd Mulok, 28, and Mohd Dzulhilmy Ibrahim, 32, pleaded not guilty separately before Sessions Court Judge Azreena Aziz, to the charge against them on Thursday. Mohammad Gerseyrey and Mohd Dzulhimmy allegedly raped the girl together with two others who were previously found guilty and sent to prison, at a lodging house in Beaufort between 11pm on Sept 4 and 6am on Sept 5, 2017. ADVERTISEMENT The offence under Section 375B of the Penal Code carries a jail term of between 10 years and 30 years, and whipping, on conviction.  The court set June 8 for case management and released the duo on a bail of RM10,000 with RM5,000 deposited in two local sureties.
