A PENAMPANG resident has spoken out about the safety hazards posed by the exposed sections of a covered drain along the road fronting a row of shophouses in Kolombong. The individual wound up falling into the structure on a recent weekday night. She sustained cuts on her leg and elbow, as well as bruises on her abdomen.  ADVERTISEMENT The pedestrian provided Hotline with the relevant details, including the location of the pavement and time and date of the mishap.
