234 bodies remain unidentified in 10 years Post News Network Bhubaneswar: Even as the Commissionerate Police is leaving no stone unturned to trace the identity of the headless body found on the outskirts of the city, available data claims that as many as 234 bodies found in the city during the last 10 years are yet to be identified. Data says, as many as 234 unidentified persons were found dead under various police stations in Capital city during the last decade. Khandagiri police station has witnessed maximum number of cases wherein it failed to ascertain the identity of the bodies. Sources claimed that 46 bodies recovered from various places in Khandagiri area between 2010 and 2020 are yet to be identified.
